Please complete and submit a Festival Survey, available during Festival weekend at the Homer Chamber of Commerce and the Islands & Ocean Visitor Center. Also available to download. Please print and mail or fax back after the Festival is over. If your completed survey is received by May 31st, your completed survey enters you to win Festival merchandise.
