Availability Service
Do you have a room tonight? Do you have space tomorrow? Do you know who does?
You'll always have the answers with the Homer Chamber of Commerce! The Availability Service is offered to ANY Chamber member who tracks their sales by the unit and by the day. It is a real time data tracking service that will be on the Chamber website and show availability of our member services for 7 days out. Lodging, fishing, dental appointments, kayak trips, flight seeing, bear viewing and more.... as long as you can track it by the unit by the day, you can promote your availability by enrolling in this program and keeping your availability updated on-line. Check out the features of this program:
- 24 hour access to real-time availability
- Self-serve updating on-line
- Quick reports for you to print and use in your business (see sample below)
- Daily reports used at Chamber Visitor Center for visitor assistance
- Evening reports posted on Visitor Center door for visitor use when Visitor Center is closed
- Free hot link directly to your website for those who have purchased a link from the Chamber
site already
- The Chamber staff and volunteers will refer to this calendar from May - September when in
need
- Will track by the "unit", and you determine the "unit" .... seats, beds, rooms, trips,
appointments, etc.
- Only listings that updated regularly will appear
- Pick your category: Where to Stay, What to Do, Getting Around, Services
- Your listing gives your name, address, physical location, website, phone, and availability
for 7 days
- Your availability can be linked from your own business website for your customer's
convenience!
