The Inquiry list is available to Primary
Business & Multiple Primary Business Members and is a comprehensive and qualified
list of names, addresses, email addresses, travel dates and special interests submitted
to the Chamber by individuals considering coming to
Homer to either visit or to live. Everyone
requesting information is mailed a Chamber Visitor
Guide and has the opportunity to request additional
information from our Chamber members. If inquirers
want additional information they are put on the
Chamber Inquiry List which is made available to you
every Monday afternoon. This means they are looking
for specific info and want to hear from you!
Lists are available via email, fax or hard copy
for pickup. The email version is the
most effective as it contains two spreadsheet
attachment, each attachment works with different
computer programs to better serve your needs. The
list is also pasted into the body of the email and
all the email addresses provided by inquirers are
"hot" so you can just click on them and send an
instant
reply.

Costs
The cost for the inquiry list subscription is
$110 for full membership year (October 1 to
September 30).
Note:
- A new member subscribing at time of joining mid-year is eligible for the two previous weeks' inquiry
lists.
- An existing member subscribing to this
service mid-year (after they have already
joined/renewed) is eligible for the two previous
weeks' inquiry lists.
Guidelines
The following guidelines apply to the Inquiry
List subscription in order to give potential
visitors a positive welcome and provide them the
necessary information to plan a trip to Homer.
- Each weekly list may only be used once; the
list is not available for resale, is
non-transferable and not for redistribution.
- Each list may be used for a one-time mailing
which promotes the subscriber's individual
business or businesses; no materials containing
paid advertising or the promotion of non-owned
business may be mailed.
- Materials being mailed by subscribers must be
informative and project a positive image of Homer;
all materials are subject to review by the
Executive Director.
- The right to subscribe to the list is of the
discretion of the Chamber Board of Directors and
the right can be revoked at any time.
